Forestry Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental conservation issued the Notification number (1323/2021) on 25 August 2021. This notification provides for the ecosystem service fees to be paid to the Forest Department for selling the final extraction of forest products to domestic and abroad from private (teak, hardwood) forest plantation that are planted in the forest area, private (teak, hardwood) forest plantation and local community-owned forests (natural forests and plantation) that are planted outside of the forest land and registered with the Forest Department.
