Prepared and issued a notice to allow the importation of electric vehicles/electric motorcycle as a special program to allow Myanmar citizens working abroad to remit their remittances or other income to Myanmar
Department of Trade, Ministry of Commerce issued the announcements for the amendment allows the importation of electric vehicles/ motorcycles on 26 October 2023. According to this notification, to the Myanmar citizens working abroad are allowed to import electric vehicles/ motorcycles by using the remittances to Myanmar.
