Notification No.5/2023 concerning the designation as a temporary domestic port bridge for the use of coastal and inland vessels
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 11 of the Sea Customs Law, the Custom Department of Ministry of Planning and Finance issued the Notification No. 5/2023 on 26 October 2023. This notification provides the Sittwe-Kulatan wharf on Rakhine State as a temporary domestic port bridge for the coastal and inland vessels.
