National Trade and Customs Laws and Rules

Imports of goods into and exports from Myanmar are governed by the Sea Customs Act (1878), the Land Customs Act (1924), the Export and Import Law 2012, and the Tariff Law (1992).  These laws are administered by the Ministry of Planning and Finance, Myanmar Customs, and the Ministry of Commerce.
