Procedure for Obtaining the Registration for Chemical and Related Substance
Step(1)
The licence holder on chemical and Related Substances Business requires to apply the registration certificate for chemical and related substances which will be used in chemical and related substances business.
The applicant for registration certificate shall submit " the application form for registration of chemical and related substances "- Form(7) together with following described documents to the Central Supervisory Board in Ministry of Industry.
(a) Application letter using company letter head signed by Managing Director or Director in Board of Director (Attachment: The NRC or FRC copy of MD or Director)
(b) Original business licence and copy
(c) One set of proposed and submitted trademark to use (instruction) (Myanmar Language Translation)
(d) The copies of recommendation letters and certificates for qualifications and experiences
(e) Original and copy of registration certificate for factory
(f) The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)/ Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
(g) Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Step(2)
The Central Supervisory Board shall scrutinize whether or not the facts in Form(7) are completely described and the documents which shall be submitted with attachment are completed in respect of applying under rule 25. It will inform to the applicant if the submission is not inline with stipulations or requires the other facts. If the facts are completed, it will inform to the applicant to pay the fees on registration.
Step(3)
The applicant shall pay the fees on registration by using bank account (MD-012564) of Directorate of Industrial Collaboration at Myanma Economic Bank in Nay Pyi Taw.

Step(3-a) (For Extension of Registration Certificate Duration)
A Registration Certificate holder shall apply to extend the duration of Registration Certificate, (30)days in advance before the date of expiry to the Central Supervisory Board in accordance with the stipulations. If it is obtained the permission by the Chairperson, the applicant shall pay the fees on Registration Certificate Renewal by using bank account (MD-012564) of Directorate of Industrial Collaboration at Myanma Economic Bank in Nay Pyi Taw.

Step(4)
If the applicant himself/herself takes out the registration certificate or registration certifical renewal, he/she shall bring the original NRC card and copy of it. If the representative takes out the registration certificate, he/she shall bring the original NRC card and copy of it together with authorization letter.
