In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 13 (b) of Chapter (VI) of the Export and Import Law (2012) of Myanmar, the Ministry of Commerce issued the Notification No. 35/2020, dated 11^th May 2020 for improving trade facilitation. According to the Notification, re-checking of the prices of exported/ imported commodities at the Export Declaration/ Import Declaration will no longer be conducted by the Ministry of Commerce since 11^th May 2020.
