In order to trade facilitation and comply with the law in trading, Ministry of Commerce had issued that the export/ import licenses will be issued without inspection the price of goods but only with value mentioning in the invoice and sale contract. If a fraudulent on the invoice and sale contract by a company is investigated, the imported or exported price will be checked for the license issuing according to the procedures.
