Application for Pesticide Residue Analysis in Crops (Form 12)
The Myanma Agriculture Service Pesticide Analytical Laboratory may analyse the residue content of food crops if requested by the exporter of such crops on Form 12 submitted along with the specified quantity or weight of sample taken in manner prescribed.
